The room
The room is good sized, comes with new carpet floors , fully furnished with wardrobe, bed, chest, desk, extra room for more furnture if you want to bring yours. It is really quiet and bright. ALL bills INC.

The house is pretty big. We have a large living room for dining, decket garden for bbq a big kitchen, a well-kept garden for the entire house and all the usual things like washing machine, WiFi, microwave, etc,

The area:
The house is on New Cross Road, just 4 mins from New Cross Gate Station and brockely with trains to London Bridge and the Overground to Shoreditch/Dalston. There are more than 10 Buses to all over London directly in front of the house which is pretty convenient at night. Also a good place for Goldsmiths college students as the university is just a 2 mins walk away. There is also a pretty park with London panorama around the corner on Telegraph Hill.
If you don’t know New Cross, it is a good mix of student and local life with many bars, cafes, galleries.
