We have a lovely double room in a flat that has two floors. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, with the living room and kitchen downstairs. We are very friendly, informal but respectful and like a tidy household for everyone's benefit. We love cooking and sharing our food if you like it hot and having some good conversations over a glass of wine. There is a real sense of a home feeling. We do expect our flatmate to share the normal thing of cleaning and being respectful of each other's space.
