Hi, I'm a young professional looking for a new housemate to fill one of the rooms in a Flat on New Cross Rd. Sadly, my previous housemates are all moving away while I've decided to stay as the flat is perfect for my work and has been great to live in already for 3 years.

I work in the Film Industry so other creative minded housemates would be a great addition! Would love to hang out and socialise, go gigs etc.. I work mainly through the weekdays but often have weekends free. Any young professionals & students are welcome :) Feel free to tell a bit about yourself!

The flat is a 3/4 minute walk to New Cross Station and a 10 minute walk to New Cross Gate. You can be at London bridge within 10 minutes with ease. Greenwich is also a 20 minute walk down the road. Goldsmiths Uni is only across the road.

I've uploaded the original images of the flat from when we moved in during 2021, when I get time, I'll updated the images with how the flat looks right now decorated. Pretty much everyone rearranged their beds & wardrobes etc... Rooms can be rearranged/decorated however you like as long as there is no obvious damage.

As far as we're aware, the rent isn't set to change from the current amount but if there are any changes, I will let anyone who has messaged know right away.
