I’m looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed 2 bath flat, only shared with myself.

The flat is on the 4th floor and has a great balcony perfect for sunny days. It's fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen. The room comes with a comfy double bed and the tallest wardrobe on the pictures. The rest of the furniture has been removed, creating more space for your belongings. You'll have your own private bathroom.

The flat conveniently located within an 8-minute walk to both Greenwich Centre and Deptford High Street, where you'll find plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants. There's also a yoga studio in the building and several gyms within a short walk. There's a 24 hrs concierge, underground parking and secure bicycle storage in the building.

Getting around is easy, with bus stops just a 3-minute walk away and DLR and Thameslink stations a short 8-minute stroll. Within the same range there's a Tesco, Sainsbury's, Nisa, and Waitrose.

I work from home most days and enjoy a clean and tidy space. I have a regular cleaner which is included in the price. The bills currently come up to £110/month/person.
