I’m looking for someone to take over my room; it’s available from October 20th.
The rental agreement runs until December 20th, and since I have already paid the rent, the person who replaces me will need to pay me directly for the remaining period.
The landlord has given me permission to find someone to take my place.

I am moving out because I rented the room with my two indoor cats, and only after moving in I was informed that they are not allowed outside my bedroom. This situation is not suitable for them, so I need to relocate.

The house is quiet and generally occupied by working professionals.
It is located in a peaceful area of New Malden, with good transport links to Kingston, Surbiton, and Norbiton.
On‑street parking is available in the area.
