The room is nice and bright in lovely clean quiet non smoking house. 3 minutes walk to New Malden station and easy access to Kingston, Raynes Park, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, Waterloo, etc. Also regular, busses to Wimbledon, Kingston and Heathrow. We are very close to the high street and Sainsburys, M&S, Waitrose, Lidl, All the Coffee Shops, Restaurants and Post Office etc.

The house is old with lots of character and benefits such as very high ceilings.

There are several good gyms within a 5 minute walk with Zumba, Spinning, Pilates, yoga and many more classes. There is also free tennis at a lovely local park and a nice 'lawn' tennis club about a mile away.

We are a decent Korean/English couple. The male occupant is away lots of the time and we prefer female students or professionals.

Guardianship is possible if you are a parent looking for accommodation for your daughter or son to attend one of the many brilliant schools in the area. We speak English, Korean, Japanese, a little Chinese, Limited French and some German. Please make contact by email and we will arrange a facetime/zoom call if you are in a different country.

We will be able to make the agreement to suite your circumstances. We would prefer at least 6 months let, but will consider shorter times if you need in special circumstances.

In general you will have your own space and no limit on Internet/email or time online etc., as we have a Hi Speed Fibre Optic connection (note I am offering these free of charge and not as part of the rent). You will also have space in the fridge and freezer and weekly use of the washing and drying machines and daily use of the kitchen. We have a nice clean bathroom with an excellent powerful shower.
