There is super-fast wifi, separate reception room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the house. The house is minutes away from New Malden High Street and all associated amenities.
The house is a very clean and safe space and operates a no-guest policy. We would like someone to join us who is clean, respectful and tidy.
This let doesn't include bills and for agreements less than 6 months a 40% surcharge will be applied.
This house is Korean-friendly as the landlord is Korean.
