This room is available to females preferred please.

Sharing with 2 housemates, a large furnished double room is available 5 minutes walk from new malden station on a quiet side road. There is super-fast wifi, separate reception room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the house. The house is minutes away from New Malden High Street and all associated amenities.

The room is very large, and includes a large desk for a computer or study, large wardrobes with plenty of storage space and a double bed. There are two toilets (both with shower facilities and one witha. bath) in the house shared between 3 housemates.

The house is a very clean and safe space and operates a no-guest policy. We would like someone to join us who is clean, respectful and tidy.

This let is all bills inclusive and for agreements less than 6 months a 40% surcharge will be applied.

This house is Korean-friendly as the landlord is Korean.
