Me and my flatmates are looking for tenants to replace us as we have to relocate due to personal reasons. The price is what we currently pay for our rooms but might change once the agent and landlord start a new contract with the new tenants. The house is detached however there is a family living on the ground floor (seperate doors) and this house is located above it and has 2 floors.
