A beautiful brand new En-Suite double room in a new build townhouse.

I am currently studying at Sussex university and have my own room in the loft but am away a fair bit of the time. My landlady works as a finance officer locally.

We have 3 dogs and 4 cats (very well behaved) so a pet lover is a must!!! A bonus if you are happy to look after them if we go away (which is rarely) but would be nice to go away and know they will be well looked after.

We are looking for someone relaxed, who wants to be part of the household and enjoy the house! You are welcome to use every room as you wish and we are always happy for you to hang out with us too!!

Also, with having animals in the house, we need someone who is clean and tidy, it has to be kept to a pretty good standard, its never going to be immaculate, but just someone who will pick up the hoover every now and then and clean up after themselves.
