Unfortunately I have to move out of my lovely flat in North London, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. The room is available from 20th August (flexible) ✨
🛏 The room: Big and bright double bedroom available in a 3-rooms flat, located on the second floor. The room comes furnished with a bed, closet and desk.
🚇 Location: The house is located in a very green area, with loads of parks and cute cafes. It's near a big Aldi, a Tesco Express and loads of corner shops. It's also very well connected:
• 5 mins walk to Piccadilly Line (Bounds Green stop)
• Only 3 stops to the Victoria Line
• 12 mins walk to Railway station (Bowes Park stop)
• Lots of bus routes nearby (including night buses)
🏡 The house & household:
You’ll be living with two lovely housemates aged 24(F) and 25(M), both working professionals. They both enjoy all things creative, thrifting, board games and movie nights. They enjoy the occasional shared dinner, coffee dates or drinks together, but they also respect each other’s space and have their own routines.
💛 The vibe:
This is a friendly, relaxed household that is LGBTQ+ friendly. We’re looking for someone ideally around a similar age (20-30) 😊 We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
