Close proximity to Alexandra Palace grounds, Beautiful Muswell Hill village, supermarkets (Waitrose, Marks and Spencers and Sainsbury's), local restaurants & take aways & Highgate woods. There is also a local shop about 100 yards from the house. This is zone 3. Crouch End village is also within reach & three farmers markets !

There is a lovely garden which is finished & landscaped.
Academics welcome. This is ideal with writers, research, study etc.
Joggers paradise because of parks nearby.

Initial stay will be for 1 week.. If it is working out then you are welcome for as long as you like. People are expected to behave as responsible adults & respect the common places. The house is immaculate & guests are requested to leave the spaces they use immaculate as no one is the maid of anyone here ! Guests are also welcome to participate in the day to day chores such an emptying bins, closing curtains etc.
It would be nice if you can introduce yourself & say a little about you when you enquire about the room, before asking if the room is available.
