I have a room available to rent in my home, in Newbiggin by the sea. Seafront location and really quiet. Perfect for a morning dip in the bay with a sauna available on the beach, right in front of the house.
Advertised as a long term let but also available as a short term, (weekends and short stay holidays) at a fee of £100 per night. (Could accommodate upto 5 people short term)
I’m open to pets but would consider this at the time.
Off street parking available.
I work away and travel frequently so you would have sole occupancy for at least 2-3 weeks in every month.
Perhaps a 6 month initial arrangement to make sure it suits all parties and if it works well, I’d be happy to extend.
It really is a lovely home so would like to have it lived in some more.
It’s a 20 minute cycle to Ashington train station for traveling into Newcastle City Centre and a 30-45 minute drive into the city.
