The house is ideally situated close to the amenities of Newbury town centre including restaurants, take away's and supermarkets and is within a few minutes walk of the Vodafone bus route. The house is very comfortable and cosy with a very good sized, well equipped kitchen. It is also very peaceful for somewhere close to the town centre. Sue is a very hospitable person and is really easy going. I would recommend Sue's room to anybody."
