Kitchen is fully equipped. The flat is situated 5 to 10 min walk from Sainsbury's, Tesco or Victoria park. There is parking available. Bills for Water, internet, cleaning of the common areas will be included, electricity is to be shared half and half.

There is two kittens in the house.
