Double room in house shared with landlord. Close to Newbury town centre (2 mins walk from the Clock Tower). Shared use of all facilities including living room, large kitchen / breakfast room with washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom with power shower over bath, large garden, fibre broadband. All bills (incl council tax) included.
Parking is available on the road outside from 6pm to 8am only (daytime you get 2 hrs free), possible off road parking if you help me unearth it from the weeds.
I am away most weekends so you would often have the place to yourself then.
Prefer someone who works daytimes, generally not from home.
Definitely no smokers.
NB I am in the process of selling the house so it might only be available for 3 months while that happens, but could be longer if takes a while to sell. Lodger would need to be prepared to accommodate viewings happening.
