Ample on-drive parking. Excellent links to M4 & A34 and Thatcham and Newbury train stations.

There are two dogs and one cat (all very friendly and mature in age) in the house though the pets do not have access to the room.

The house has a very friendly atmosphere and I too am very friendly, but I respect your privacy as you need.
