I am looking for a flatmate ideally female but could be male too who can be student or professional with no age preferences. The person needs to be clean, tidy, fairly organised and the most importantly being respectful to the property and the other person who share the flat with.

Master bedroom is available for £550 with stunning river view. The flat has a balcony, sitting-room, kitchen, bathroom and garage. Parking is available with extra costs of £30 per month.

The flat is located at the heart of the quayside with stunning river view and is very close to all amenities. Q3 bus stop is nearby. Metro and train station is only 15 minutes walk.

All bills are included i. e. water, council tax, broadband except electricity. The electricity bill will be shared between two of us.

I live in the other bedroom and I am very easy-going, caring person working in civil service.
