This is a very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 story house.
The house consists of a living room, large kitchen-diner with additional seating area, a separate utility room, and a back yard. You will see the kitchen table is missing from the photos as it is currently being replaced.

The front room has a built in desk - useful for anyone still working from home and studying.

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms and the main bathroom.

The 3rd floor is a loft room with en-sute bathroom.

About me

My name is Simon, I am 33, and work in Government relations for a global health charity.

I am a live-in landlord, but I work most of the time in London and have a flat there. So, the vast majority of the time you will have the house to yourself along with the other tenant (PhD student at Newcastle University)

I do have a dog. He is very friendly and used to living with other people and I will bring him with me when I am back in Newcastle. You don’t have to love dogs but at least have to be happy with him being around the house when I am home.

I will be back in Newcastle on an ad-hock basis and for the odd long weekend. But my parents live close by so can come over and deal with any issues should they come up while I am away.

About the room

The furniture in the photos can be moved around or removed as required.
Most bills are included (Council tax, internet and water) but the gas and electric is on a pay-as-you-go meter so this needs topping up each month. Gas and electric should be no more then £20 each month each.

Next steps

I am now back in London for a few weeks. If you are interested, I have recorded a video walk-through of the property that I can send over. My parents are happy to do viewings while I am away.
