Hi my names Charley, Im looking for someone to move into my spare room as my current flatmate is off travelling for the next 2 years. The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. I do have a cat and would consider someone with a pet! There’s parking outside and it’s a short walk to Gateshead stadium metro. It’s a 30 min walk to the city centre. Outside is some seating and a fire pit perfect for the summer! I work in healthcare and I’m really into the gym, looking for someone who can move in ASAP. The bathroom is currently being renovated so will be all brand new!
