I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy of my Urban Study studio flat in Jesmond from the 10th April 2024- 11th July 2024 with the option of extending the contract if desired.

The studio flat has a double bed, desk, open plan kitchen and shower/toilet en-suite, perfect for a student or working professional. Moreover it’s in the perfect location as Newcastle City Centre is less than 15 mins walk away and Jesmond metro is under a 5mins walk (also bus links right outside the property).

Urban study also has great communal areas including a gym, laundry room, cinema room, parking (for an additional cost) and games/lounge space. Perfect for socialising.

I have been here since October and have been very happy (I wouldn’t have moved if I hadn’t got this job offer). Available for viewings asap, just message me any questions.
