Hi Everyone!
I'm Jason, a friendly young professional and live-in landlord. This 4 bed house is in Heaton just off Chillingham Road.
*One room is now available* - Room 3 in the photos. ALL bills included. An initial 3 month contract then one month rolling.
House comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a downstairs toilet, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a south facing garden (and a separate living room/office which I use :) ).
Ideal for young professionals or post-graduate students. Looking for tidy, respectful housemates who would like a place where they can mainly do their own thing but also have a friendly chat and maybe the occasional meal out etc. All nationalities welcome.
There is currently one girl and two guys (including myself). Looking for a girl to keep the balance.
Everything has just been renovated! New laminate flooring, painted walls, large renovated kitchen, all new windows and patio doors. I'll make smaller improvements to the house over the next year but I'll always keep you updated.
I'm originally from Newcastle and I moved back from London a few years ago. I'm a software developer for a London investment bank and I work from home 3 to 5 days per week. I like the gym/exercise, tennis, cooking, reading and all the usual things.
Other housemates:
Ananya - Assistant Psychologist NHS
Arthur - Computer Science PhD researcher
