Hi! Please check the dates of when this is available (listed below). I unfortunately have to return home to another city in may and am looking for someone to rent my room out to. This tenancy is untill 30/08/2024 available from 01/06/2024. There is the option to resign the tenancy untill august 2025. Perfect for needing somewhere over the summer if not. The bedroom is two stories and has an en-suite. Both flatmates are professional and extremely friendly! There is a shared living room and kitchen. The house is on chillingham road - close to the no.1 bus and the metro and many great shops/pubs! I am happy to sub let the tenancy at a discounted price just let me know.
