Large 3-bed house with a spacious living room and kitchen/diner, parking and garage storage available if needed. Fibre broadband and all bills included*.

Only two people will live in the house. I WFH but travel for work at least 1 week a month, so you'll often have the house to yourself.

📍 3-minute walk to the bus stop, around 20 minutes into Haymarket/Newcastle city centre. Beautiful nature reserves are right on the doorstep.

A little about me — Orginally from London, I enjoy reading, hiking, running, going out for meals and the occasional night out. I also have a good group of friends locally and would be very happy to introduce you to people.

When I'm home, I cook most nights and I'm happy to cook for you too if you want to chip in for food. Equally, you're welcome to cook for yourself, or we can share cooking of meals depending on what suits us. I also host a casual bi-weekly Monday night dinner, which you're very welcome to join but don't have to.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy. You're welcome to have friends over too, as long as everyone is respectful of the house. I have friends over for drinks roughly once a month, so it's definitely not a strict "no guests" house! Vaping is fine, but no smokers (cheeky ones when drinking or whatever is fine in the garden).

Kitchen has an air fryer, rice cooker and dumpling steamer. There's also the option to rent the smaller spare bedroom as extra space if you'd like a home office/desk area.

*Bills: £170/month included towards gas & electric during winter months. If you choose to keep the house significantly warmer and usage exceeds this, the difference would be payable.

🐶 Well-behaved pets considered, with a larger deposit incase of damage.

Overall, I'm looking for someone who wants a comfortable, friendly and sociable home, rather than simply a room to rent.
