Group of 4 tidy and friendly girls looking for a replacement for our 5th housemate who is dropping out of Uni.
For the 2026/27 academic year, £119 a week including bills, 12 month contract.
Great student area, lots of cafes and a Sainsbury down the road , close to Heaton park, 30 min walk to Northumbria Uni, 10 min walk to closest metro, free parking around lots of areas in Heaton.
Shared kitchen and living areas. We haven’t yet decided who’s getting which room so it’s up for negotiation :)
Must be a student with a UK guarantor!
