So i am putting my room up as i will be relocating - the room is available from the 1st of July - 13th of Nov of the contract left for this year but you can stay on for longer if you like which i have done before and can discuss shorter aswell. Room is really big and on top floor, the flat is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so no neighbours above. On chillingham road next to great amenities and loads of transport links. Rent is 325 a month and bills roughly 100 but have gone down to about 80 in the summer, with council tax roughly 37 with students also welcome. Sharing with 2 girls and 1 boy who are all really nice and have full time jobs, not too noisy or anything like that. Landlords are genuinely lovely and really helpful people. Will upload pics of the room and cross out my furniture so you can see which are included and also the pic of before i moved in so you can see what its like rearranged. Really need this room filled asap so please dont hesitate to ask questions and have a viewing with me:) smoking and pets depending on the type is fine also
