We have a bedroom available to let in our family home. We are a family of 3 with 2 dogs.

Our home has a lovely family kitchen with all the appliances that you could need including a washing machine. We have two living rooms, a bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs. We have a garden with a lawn and patio.

This is a completely non smoking house and we don't want a lodger that has an occasional smoke/vape outside.

The metro is 5 minutes walk away. Local shops and pubs are the same distance. Gosforth High Street is 15 minute walk.
