Hi, I have 1 single bedroom available near Washington gallery, just less than 10 minutes walk. It is very accessible to shops and bus station for someone who do not have a car.
I am looking preferably for female professional, as I am female myself, who is not so extroverted like me as I prefer peace and quietness at home also privacy and respect is very important. I prefer someone who is tidy to be with as we share most part of the house. I do not encourage visitors hanging out all the time and please let me know.
At the moment I only have small fridge to share with and a separate freezer.
Proof of job is a must at least and share code for the rights to rent or live in UK if necessary.
Bond and rent should be paid before or on the day of moving in.
