Hello and thank you for looking at my ad. I am looking for a tenant for my spare room at my house in High west Jesmond. This room is for Monday- Friday let.
The house is exceptionally well suited for anyone who needs to be in the city during the working week.
I am a 41 year old professional who works from home and hence would prefer for the prospective person not to be home based- as I’m on calls most of the day
The house is located on a very quiet road and is 30 seconds walk away from the metro. ( Ilford road)There is a lovely cafe and shops less than a minute away. The house has permit free on- street parking as well.
Most importantly I have a CAT- who is extremely friendly and loves to mosey about in everyone’s business. So, this house would not be suitable for anyone with pet allergies.
The house is kept very clean, thanks to the cleaner who comes every week.
The house has all mod cons, a great shower and bath . I do not have a TV! ( orthodox I know- but I never get round to watching it, so I got rid)
