5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in sandyford with a shared kitchen and living room. 15 minute walk from northumbria campus. Nearby corner shop, cafes, volunteer cinema, bus stop and Heaton park.

Bills package is £100 a month on top of rent but includes all utilities, aswell as tv licence and broadband. Tenancy begins officially in September but it is possible to move in earlier if that's preferable.

Me and my friend are looking for 3 people to replace our current housemates/friends who are all switching universities. We are both students at northumbria uni (Architecture and Biochemistry). Just looking for someone social and friendly who likes watching YouTube and video games. I love art and cooking and my friend loves MMA. The only expectations are to keep shared spaces relatively tidy/ clean and take the bin out when it is your turn.

We both have partners who usually visit on the weekend so couples are not a problem.
