First floor flat. Great links to Newcastle City Centre and close to Gateshead Interchange.

My current flatmate is leaving at the end of July. The room is a single but she currently has a double bed in there. This will be gone before someone else moves in (unless you want to keep it) so you may need to source your own single bed.

I have a cat and would consider a small pet but likely not another cat or dog. I usually have allergic reactions but I don’t react to my cat as he is short haired (see pic).

I work from home so it’s not ideal for someone else who does the same and rent reflects this.

I’m fairly laid back and have put a lot of love into this place so would like someone who respects it. I could afford to live here alone so really want someone who complements the space and I get on with.

Council Tax, Water, Energy and WiFi currently total at approx £330 per month total or £165 each. Rolling tenancy and contract in line with Renters Rights Act 2026. Irent Lettings manages property and you would be subject to their checks.
