Room to rent in a clean flat in a great location within the Sandyford area (Helmsley Road, NE2).
Due to our current flatmate moving out, we are looking for a new flatmate to move in with us from the 8th of July.
We are two young professionals who enjoy being sociable but also appreciate downtime and having our own space. We have a particular interest in the outdoors and enjoy activities like hiking and running as well as going to the gym.
We aren't looking for anyone in particular, as long as you are clean and easy to live with.
The double-room available is well-sized, south-facing and includes wardrobe, drawers and a desk. Additional storage space is available through a large storage room.
The house also includes:
Comfortable living room
Fully-furnished kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space
Washing machine and tumble dryer
Large bathroom with separate bath and shower
Shared backyard
The house is in a great location, just a 15 minute walk into the City Centre. The house is also in short walking distance of Jesmond and Manors metro as well as the universities and Quayside/Ouseburn.
Council Tax Band A
Rent = £400/month not including bills
