I'm looking for a female to share my home. Someone who is reasonably tidy & respectful of the premises.
I have a lovely double room available with rear garden views.
The room is furnished with a new bed & mattress, large set of draws, bed side unit, vanity/ desk & wardrobe. Along with bedding & quilts should you need them.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer & dish washer for you to use.
A shared bathroom with hot water on tap, a bath & hand shower.
There is central heating & 2 x wood burners in the house.
I will provide all soaps, cleaning product & toilet paper as part of the rental payments.
I have a fully functioning kitchen with all the pans & utensils you need.
I have 2 loving cats that come & go via cat flaps, so it's essential that you are accommodating towards them.
WiFi & TV accounts included.
There is plenty of on street parking at the front of the house as the street is very wide & situated next to a great park that's good for walking in.
Whether you're a student or proffessional & need to be in the city for University, college or work, Newcastle city centre is approx 20mins away by bus.
There are several bus services that can be accessed close by No. s 12, 18, 39, 40, 32/32A & Quayside buses Q2 & Q3.
Walkergate Metro is a 20 min walk away.
The Baltic, Glasshouse, Quayside Market, Ouseburn Valley & Tyne Bridge are a 40min walk from here too.
