I am a second year PhD student and looking for a flatmate to spend time with (but of course appreciate my own space, which I’m sure you do too!) I often go swimming and love a cinema trip/ film night :)

The room itself is great value and has its own bathroom. The living room is nice and large and so is the kitchen. The area has lots of shops within a 5 minute walk and lovely cafes. We’re also close to Jesmond dene and the metro. Professionals welcome, though you would have to cover the council tax.

Rent is £370 for this room and bills come in around £100. Shoot me a message if interested.
