Hi, I have a double room available to rent, in a 4 bedroom house. Located close to the metrocentre - traffic dependent 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Newcastle city centre - traffic dependent 10 minute drive or 30 minute commute by bike or public transport. Also located close to the A1 so ideal for getting north or southbound.
It’s currently just myself who lives in the property working Monday-Friday. I’m laid back, clean and tidy, enjoy going to the gym and keeping myself fit. The house has plenty space to utilise, living room has full Sky package available on the TV. Dining room has space to enjoy a home cooked meal or a takeaway whichever you prefer.
I’m open to having anyone stay as long as you are respectful and tidy, as well as making yourself feel at home.
