Looking for a female roommate

Hey! I am looking for a new roommate as my current roommate is moving to a different city.

I am 26, PhD student at Newcastle university and looking for a female roommate who is a postgraduate student or a young professional.

I enjoy a shared meal, a movie night, hosting friends, outdoor activities, going to the gym and often up for trying new things. Ideally I am looking to have a nice friendly vibe around the house where we can do activities together ✨

The house has two floors (2 beds, one bathroom and a closet on the upper floor and a kitchen, living room, dining area and two storage spaces on the lower floor with a huge backyard, like really big), rent for the whole house is 700 per month (divided by you and me) and bills are around 100-150. Additionally there is a 350 deposit.

Location is in westerhope (NE5), there are two local shops just up and down the street and a nearby Asda & pure gym.

Bus stop to city center is just down the street aswell 🙂
