I have three double (one big enough for a couple) rooms available in my house in Heaton.

It's a 4 bedroom terraced house close to the park, 20 minutes walk into town or 30 seconds walk to the No. 1 bus stop, 10 minutes walk to Chillingham Road Metro, or Byker Metro. We're in between Heaton Road and Heaton Park Road, just around the corner from all the shops and cafes, and Morrisons and Shields road shops are only 5 mins away.
Looking for sociable, preferably clean and tidy housemates who are happy to chill in the communal areas rather than keep to themselves in their rooms, but who also understand and appreciate others' personal space.

Rent includes Council Tax, Internet, TV License and Water, but does NOT include Electricity & Gas - sorry guys but I’ve had too many people really go wild with the heating in the past so I’m not including those any more.
