This room is usually on Airbnb with 5* ratings. I am open to short term rental directly potentially with no deposit - this would need to be discussed.

The house has a large garden, kitchen, dining room bathroom and guest WC. I manage all of the cleaning except the bedroom while guests are occupying.

This is the perfect option for short term rentals! I can offer between a few weeks and a few months.

Please note there is a large dog on the property called Barney. He is 40kg and very gentle.
Guests must be animal lovers!

I’m very laid back and love music, theatre, food and comedy. Looking for tenants that don’t sweat the small stuff and don’t mind a chat 🙂
