Hi! Me and my housemate have just moved into this property and are looking to fill 2 rooms.

The property is located on Chillingham Road which has great transport links into town and has lots of shops nearby!

The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, big American style fridge freezer , a washing machine and a garden/yard.

Bills are not included but so would need to pay that but gas and electric runs on a pay as you go system so you just pay for what we use! Other bills include council tax, water and Wi-Fi

A bit about us - We love to go out but also enjoy our own personal space and chilling in our rooms. We both work in a grad scheme and have just moved to Newcastle so enjoy going out to explore everything Newcastle has to offer
