I'm looking for a 'single house hold' to rent the flat, so either 1 person taking the flat or a couple or two friends for example. The rent is £1200 a month with bills on top. It is this price whether one person or two people are living there. The rent is to be paid in one instalment each month.

It’s a hidden gem. The flat has views on to tree tops and has two balconies. There is off street parking in the residents courtyard and a video door entry system.

I’m looking for clean and tidy renters who will take good care of the flat, and will be respectful to the other residents in the building.

It’s a lovely flat spread over two floors, with lots of character, making it great place to live.
