Hi, July 23 tenancy starts for this house I currently have a holding deposit on, that will expire on Thursday or Friday. I am a masters student, and will be living with a phd student, and we would like another girl/woman in a similar position to us to move in- pictured is the bedroom available. the property is a 20minute walk from both Northumbria and Newcastle campuses, being located at the bottom of Jesmond. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and bathroom massive (it’s tiled, flaws fixed, and has 2 sinks and a skylight). There’s a utility room (washer dryer) with a toilet and sink in it, too. I don’t really have pictures of the living space but it is a good size and leads into the kitchen- I am returning for a final viewing tomorrow so can get better pictures of everything then. There is NO mold anywhere! We need to pay the final deposit a month before move in. Rent is £115pw, or £145pw with unlimited bills- we haven’t decided on which option yet. The street view is gorgeous too, and town is obviously close- please anyone who is interested let me know!! We are dying for this house!! You may also have to sign on without a viewing, as the time is approaching so quickly, but ofc the sooner you get back to me the sooner that can be organised.. Xxx
