Hi! I am looking for a tenant to take the spare room in my property due to the sudden departure of my previous one.

The property is located on a quiet street, the house itself is a terraced house.

The room which is currently being advertised is a double room which is fully furnished and is located on the second floor of the house.

The front room and kitchen are shared with myself along with the bathroom, I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and respects the property.

I do get a cleaner in 2 twice a month. To do a quick run over, not bedrooms. I pay for this

I work shifts that sometimes run into unsociable hours, however can assure you that I am respectful and quiet.
