I have a double room to let in a newly renovated house in gosforth. The house is a 3 bed, 1 bathroom house so the bathroom is shared. The house has a great location, access to local shops, buses and the regent centre metro station.

I am a live in landlord, single man, aged 33, working as a civil engineer.

I’m potentially looking to let my spare room if the right person wishes to take it. Lodger wise I would require a professional who does not work from home. I’m not looking for any couples ( as I’ve had lodgers move their partners in without asking before ) and would require consulting prior to any guests coming over. No pets either.
