Single room in semi-detached house, in quiet area. Large driveway, three gardens. Small single bedroom, but has a wardrobe and blackout curtains. There is shared bathroom upstairs with toilet, basin, shower cubicle and bath. Open plan downstairs with kitchen, small dining table, living room with TV. Second toilet and basin in garage. 1960’s probably, but has been modernised to a certain degree. Comfortable home. No smokers unless vapes outside. I don’t smoke. No smoking in the house. Northumberland line station openning 29th March 2026.
Full virgin wifi, washer, dryer, two fridges, every bill included in the asking rent (subject to normal conditions for occupancy) for shared house. I have two children that stay with me at weekends twice a month.
