Double bedroom with use of own separate bathroom. Lovely 4 bedroom family home on the cliff tops in Newhaven. We are a modern family 2 dads 😊 with our teenage daughter and her boyfriend Joe. We all work and do our own thing and get together in the evening to catch up on our day. It’s also fine if we want our own space there’s enough room to do that too. We expect nothing out of the ordinary really. We are easy going and a friendly bunch. If you are looking for a nice easy going place to stay then look us up. Come have a chat. We don’t have set times for anything as life can be busy. We have 3 lovely little dogs who just want cuddles, a naked cat (don’t ask) and a tank of fish 😊 we love exercise and have a garage/gym where we work off the daily stress. The garden is this years project... ooh and we will be setting up the hot tub again as soon as the weather changes for the better.
So this price includes all bills, WiFi, double room, own bath room use of washing machine and utilities. There is free parking on street with no permit needed. We are in an ideal location for an easy 20 minute commute to central Brighton. half way between Brighton and Eastbourne. All we ask is respect and consideration for our family.
