The 3 story town house is situated in a convenient location, 8 minutes walk to Newhaven Town railway, 12mins walk to West beach, 4 mins walk to bus stop, direct bus to Brighton every 10 mins. It is also few minutes walk to health centre/ swimming pool, cafe and supermarket. Currently the owner is working from home he is an architect hence the house is very well maintain. The other tenant is around mid 40 working full time in Brighton. The smaller room is on the top floor, the bigger room is on the 1st floor with garden. The house also come with a nice landscape garden. We are just looking for a full time worker/student who is friendly, quiet, nice & clean person to share the house.
