Two beautiful furnished double rooms in a 4 bedroomed farmhouse. To share all areas in the house. Exercise room. Shared large bathroom. Large country kitchen with Aga. Lounge, and snug with double sided log burner. On a bus route with buses stopping just 200 yards down the lane. Good bus service to Brighton and Eastbourne. Plenty of car parking in private driveway. Sharing house with female retired owner occupier (I have my own bathroom), and also a golden retriever, so applicants must like dogs. There are two staircases so the accommodation is very private. The exercise room is available to use as extra space to store belongings or possibly an office if required. Although on a great bus route, a car is essential.
