Keen to rent my spare room to a mature adult who is trustworthy, reliable, clean and tidy. The room available is a large double bedroom with shared double shower room and toilet. Further rooms in the property are all shared space, which I have no major restrictions with. Dining room, kitchen, living room and garden are all available to use. The only request I have is some personal space in the evening.

I have a small dog who is extremely friendly and does not shed, if you do not wish him to be in your space this is easy to accommodate.

The property benefits from close walking distance to shops, take away, restaurants, cafes and other local amenities. Furthermore, there is an excellent bus service outside the front door, with regular routes to Dundee and further into Fife.
