I have a room for rent within a 3 bedroom house. Because of work relocation, I have 4 months remaining with the tenant agreement from 28th December 2024 to 28th April 2025. The house has one other professional. In addition the landlord is searching for someone to take the third room.

The person who rents the room, has use of a shared living room, large kitchen and bathroom with a shower bath. A garage is available for storage.

Also wonderful garden views particularly in the summer months.

For two people in the house the bill is not included within the rent. I estimate this to be £130 per person, though could be lower depending on electrical and water usuage. If the three rooms within the house are rented, then bills are included.
