As I’m thinking of selling the house the room will most likely be available for 3 months and possibly longer depending on how long it takes to sell.

The location also provides almost instant access to the M4 (J26) for those commuting in the Cardiff & Bristol directions.

The room is fully furnished with a Double Bed that allows under bed storage, a Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Smart TV. The desk and chair are no longer in the room however I could put some back in.

You get your own fridge and there’s also freezer and cupboard space to store food.

There is also ample storage for any belongings and a lovely front and back garden.
